Where Connection Begins

Our team is built on the belief that meaningful healing happens through genuine connection. Each clinician brings their own experience and perspective, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and never alone.

Elizabeth Wade, MS

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

EMDR Certified

EFIT Certified

Elizabeth brings a warm, integrative approach to therapy, drawing on EMDR, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and attachment models to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and relational wounds. She is passionate about creating a space where healing happens through authentic connection — not just techniques, but real relationship.

With extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Elizabeth specializes in helping adults process traumatic experiences, break free from anxiety patterns, and rebuild their sense of safety in relationships. She believes that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for change.

Elizabeth's style is collaborative, direct, and deeply empathetic. Clients often describe working with her as feeling like talking to someone who genuinely gets it — someone who can hold space for the hard stuff without flinching, while also celebrating the wins along the way.
