OUR WORK TOGETHER

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Gather is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, secure relationships. Whether in individual therapy, groups, or consultation, our work is deeply relational.

When you feel seen and understood, growth becomes possible-creating new, more adaptive ways of relating to yourself and others.  We will meet you where you are and help you to move toward meaningful change.

Rooted in Connection

Change begins in relationship. Every service we offer is built on meaningful, human connection.

Focused on Real Progress

Growth happens as we risk vulnerability, discover patterns that keep us stuck, and create experiences of secure connection together.
